Draughtsman

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to be a part of our Construction team.

As part of your job role, you should be able to create technical drawings using CAD software and tools. Besides, you should have an understanding of the building codes, specifications, and the ability to analyse the same.

The highly-trained drafter will work with design team to develop good for construction drawings. The successful candidate will be experienced, focused with a keen eye for detail to produce accurate, clear, execution drawings. They will be capable of making decisions about the level of detail to include.

Candidate will Coordinate with various departments and prepare good for construction drawings.

Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.

Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.

Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftspersons, technicians, and technologists on construction projects.

Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect's supervision.
