Attendance Management:
Monitor and manage employee attendance records using attendance software/systems.
Ensure accurate and timely punching of employee work hours, overtime, and leaves.
Address discrepancies in attendance data and coordinate with department heads for resolution.
Data Entry & Maintenance:
Perform accurate data entry of employee details, attendance, and leave records into the system.
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and leave reports.
Payroll Support:
Coordinate with the payroll department to provide accurate attendance and leave data.
Assist in calculating overtime and verifying deductions related to attendance.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding attendance, leave, and time tracking.
Maintain all time office-related documents securely and systematically.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a point of contact for attendance and leave-related queries from employees.
Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth time office operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing unit or similar setup.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools.
Experience with attendance management software (e.g., Biometric systems, ERP).
Other Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
