Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Web Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics and digital marketing, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive significant business improvement and competitive advantage.

Requirements

- Implement and manage web analytic tools and strategies to measure the effectiveness of our web platforms.- Analyze website data on traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for website optimization.- Develop regular reporting and performance monitoring systems using Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to provide analytical support that aids in decision-making and drives business success.- Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate these clearly across various departments.- Continuously improve website functionality based on findings from data analytics.

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.- A minimum of 3 years experience in web analytics and digital marketing.- Proficient in Adobe Analytics, with strong capabilities in creating detailed reports and dashboards.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is advantageous.
