Outlet Manager

• We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead our food and beverage operations.
• As an Outlet Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and
• profitability.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hospitality, have excellent leadership skills, and be dedicated to driving team success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality service.
• Manage the preparation, presentation, and delivery of food and beverages in line with company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the outlet, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Conduct regular training to improve service standards and operational efficiency.
• Schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff engagement and morale.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests by monitoring service quality and addressing customer feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to enhance guest loyalty and promote repeat business.

4. Financial Management:

• Oversee the outlets financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure the outlet operates within budget, while maximizing profitability and minimizing waste.

5. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety standards and implement them in daily operations.
• Handle cash management, reporting, and daily cash reconciliation.

6. Marketing & Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events, seasonal menus, and new offerings.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and attract new business.
• Participate in community outreach and local promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
