Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

Proactively identify and address customer needs, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service and data privacy.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service offerings, and company updates.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Keep records of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
