Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels of all hotel supplies including food, beverages, linens, cleaning materials, and guest amenities.
Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of items received.
Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper rotation of stock to prevent spoilage and expiration.
Process requisitions from various departments and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
Monitor stock levels and generate reports to identify ordering needs and prevent shortages.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in storage and handling of supplies.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for procurement needs.
Collaborate with purchasing department to source and negotiate pricing for supplies.
Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external suppliers.
