Job Description

Our client is a top tier international financial institution and with a significantly developed presence in India within their captives. Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end workplace services, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office amenities, including facilities, lobby reception, conference centre and food services.

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of amenities, including compliance with health and safety regulations.

Managing vendor relationships to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Compliance across Corporate Real Estate and Location Strategy.

Oversee a team of facilities and security professionals, ensuring optimal performance.

Drive innovative solutions for space planning, catering and preventative maintenance.

Lead business continuity planning and emergency response initiatives locally and globally.

Role requirements

At least 15+ years of experience in Financial Services industry and an in-depth of experience in CRES, Facilities Management, Hospitality Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain Management background.
