Key responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who can:
- Technically lead and groom a team of automation testers.
- Participate in designing frameworks, programming / scripting, work with the test architect on automation framework enhancements, script reviews and take proactive effective measures to monitor and control the general productivity direction of the team to deliver with high quality.
- Take ownership and manage technical risks changes effectively daily.
Role requirements
The ideal candidate for this role is an Embedded System Test Automation Lead and product expertise in python allied to a good functional and commercial understanding.
Necessary Skills:
- 8+ yrs experience.
- Must have experience in implementing test automation frameworks from scratch for Embedded systems.
- Must have good amount of Programming Skills Python, Java, C# or C++.
- Must have experience working with SCM technology like Git / SVN.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Should be a quick learner who is highly flexible and adaptable to changes.
- CI / CD experience with tools like Jenkins.
Good to have:
- Experience in healthcare domain working with embedded systems.
