Requirements :

- 10+ years of IT Industry experience with minimum 3+ years in Tech lead role.

- Expert in enterprise applications design and development using various technologies.

- Proficiency in technology stacks including ReactJS, Typescript, .Net Core, Web API, SQL Server.

- Experience in Azure infrastructure.

- Experience in RDBMS databases MS SQL Server.

- Experience IIS deployment environments.

- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools and management of infrastructure as code.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team under strict timelines.

- Stay up to date with web development and infrastructure technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for understanding an organization's business needs and determining how IT can support those needs.

- Interacting with product managers to define and provide product/project designs, describing how a particular project could streamline a business or system.

- Creating architectural diagrams and flowcharts.

- Work closely with Project Managers and Tech Leads to define best practices.

- Suggest improvements to workflows, processes and protocols when appropriate.

- Reviewing the application code and guiding team members.

- Documenting every aspect of an application or system.
