Technical Lead - .Net Technologies (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .Net Developer/Architect with over 12 years of expertise in .Net technologies, including .Net Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and managing modern applications, as well as mentoring teams and contributing to technical strategy and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using .Net technologies, including .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.

- Architect, create, and manage APIs using ASP.NET to ensure seamless integration with other services.

- Manage and optimize SQL Server databases for performance, scalability, and security.

- Provide technical leadership, including coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills and expertise.

- Develop technical documentation to ensure comprehensive understanding of the systems and applications.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in .Net technologies and advocate best practices within the team.

- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained.

- Collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience working with .Net technologies, including .Net Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.

- Proficiency in Web API, Entity Framework, and other key components of .Net development.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Experience in modern application development using .NET Core.

- Excellent skills in creating technical documentation and providing technical training.

- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop technical teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) for full-stack development.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
