Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer (5-9 yrs)

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations Management and ServiceNow ITOM module development.

- Strong technical skills in ITOM architecture, design, and implementation, as well as experience in ITIL best practices, would be essential.

Job Description :

As a ServiceNow ITOM senior developer, primary responsibility would be to develop and maintain IT Operations Management solutions for organizations that use the ServiceNow platform. This would require expertise in ServiceNow ITOM module, IT Operations Management processes, and ITIL best practices.

Key duties and responsibilities may include :

- Develop and implement ITOM solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs.

- Develop and maintain ITOM processes and workflows based on industry best practices and ITIL standards.

- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

- Collaborate with other ServiceNow functional teams to ensure effective integration of ITOM solutions with other ServiceNow modules.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITOM solutions.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow ITOM developments and recommend appropriate solutions to meet evolving business needs.

- Additionally, strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and other ServiceNow functional teams. Experience with Agile software development methodologies would also be beneficial.
