We are looking for a driven and experienced Zonal Sales Officer to oversee sales operations in a designated zone. Key Responsibilities:

- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate promotional campaigns and activities to drive product awareness and sales.
- Inventory Oversight: Work closely with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure optimal stock levels in the zone.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
