Project Coordinator - 2 year contract

The American Embassy School, New Delhi is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for a period of two years.

Position Summary

American Embassy School (AES) is planning to execute a Master Plan construction project starting June 2025. The construction will include new Athletics and High School buildings, renovating existing buildings, and the playfields on its campus of 13.2  acres. 

The Project Coordinator will bring experience and knowledge to AES for the construction of new buildings as well as a major renovation of existing buildings under the Master Plan. Candidates must display extensive knowledge of construction through all phases of construction progress including start-up and mobilization, civil, structural, infrastructure, fit-out, commissioning, and project close-out.  The candidate will use their expertise to allow AES to navigate potential challenges and risks in an ethical, professional manner.

Qualification: 

• Master's Degree, preferably in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Project management.

Experience and Attributes

• Minimum 15 years of experience in supervising/heading a construction project preferably in Delhi NCR. Having experience with NDMC and Government Authorities will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to influence and manage multiple teams to deliver complex projects in a multicultural environment. Strong collaboration/communication skills.

Compensation: Starting salary of Rs. 17,00,000/- per annum.
