Role & responsibilities

• Treatments to be done with Excellence as per Protocol/SOP to be followed along with strict adherence to timelines as per brands
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and equipment is sterilized before use
• Responsible for explaining the treatment before starting the service as well as package details and update them with balance package.
• Keeping treatment rooms up to an outstanding standard of cleanliness. Ensure the brand standard.
• Customer satisfaction, zero customer complaints and
• Ambience and atmosphere (AC) of the treatment room is consistently maintained.
• ensures handovers and briefings carried out properly to the therapist who has been allotted next.
• Responsible for clicking pre post treatment in the photography room
• Taking out Face sheets
• Greeting clients Taking client on time not making them wait
• Should know all the laser machine.
• informing and educating the clients about various drips and combinations Suggesting other treatments while doing the treatment
• Redemption of package and Convince client to take next appointment
• Ask for any home care products
• And laser therapist responsible for handing over post care laser lotion to the client and should be asking client to take their next touch up appointment.
• Responsible for maintaining clients face sheet or consent form and make sure they are kept in proper order along with their entire details, signature on consent forms added to it.
• Responsible for numbing application, handover, helping with finding face sheets, helping with shaving etc whenever required.
• Responsible for following up the client and ensuring to have doctors follow up on 3rd, 5th and 7th session of laser.
• Grooming as per the brand standard.
• Must Preferred - Mumbai candidate
• Clinic Location - (Santacruz , Powai , Lokhadwala , Malabar , Lower Parel )
• Candidate Must be open to travel all clinic.

Qualification: Facial and Laser experience or certificate

Experience: 2 to 7 years

Salary: 25K to 35K

Location: Mumbai (All Area)
