This is a full-time on-site Hub Manager role, located in Baroda. As Hub Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Baroda location, including overseeing day-to-day operations, managing leasing and sales, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer service orientation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Experience with sales and marketing, leasing, and business development
Knowledge of local and state real estate laws and regulations is a plus
