Managing station logistics, including baggage handling and platform organization.

Staff Supervision & Team Coordination

Manage a team of warehouse workers, drivers, and support staff.

Assign duties, schedules, and shifts.

Provide training on safety procedures, logistics handling, and customer service.

Ensure workforce productivity and resolve any staff-related issues.
