Job Summary:

The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing operations across multiple locations within a designated cluster. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, meeting business objectives, managing teams, and driving growth while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations within the assigned cluster.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and industry best practices.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location.

Team Management & Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate location managers and staff to achieve business goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure smooth coordination between different locations within the cluster.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

Sales & Business Development:

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and customer engagement strategies.

Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality:

• Ensure high standards of customer service and experience across all locations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain brand consistency and service quality standards.

Financial & Budget Management:

• Manage budgets for each location and ensure cost optimization.
• Track financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure timely reporting of revenue, expenses, and operational metrics.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks within the cluster.
• Conduct periodic audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
