Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Preparing and analysing annual/monthly/quarterly accounts
• Reconciliation of management accounts on a monthly basis
• Writing up sales and bought ledger and most of the required bookkeeping for management accounts.
• Payroll Administration - Process and check payroll as requested and carry out administrative duties as required.
• Handle, resolve and respond to queries that may arise from clients.
• Bank Reconciliation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience 0 to 3 years. Fluent English /Qualification B. Com graduates with full accounts knowledge /exe/ comp skils The candidate must be someone diligent, sincere, disciplined and hard working.
• Clear Oral and Written Communication, Good Knowledge in Excel.
• You will have an accounting degree or can demonstrate equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge of general accounting and can handle all accounts related work independently.
• Candidate with UK experience preferred.
