Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive(In store and online)

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Executive who can drive both in-store and online sales, meet revenue targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both in-store and online channels.
• Identify customer preferences, recommend suitable products, and drive conversions.
• Implement cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Work with the marketing team to promote offers and new collections to boost sales.
• Assist with online order fulfillment, customer inquiries, and digital sales support.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Deliver a personalized shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty.
• Handle online and in-store customer queries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a strong customer database for future outreach and repeat sales.
• Assist customers with online purchases, follow up on leads, and close deals virtually.

Store & Digital Sales Operations:

• Ensure that all in-store and online product listings are updated and attractive.
• Shoot and share images and to customers on broadcast group.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure fast-moving products are well-stocked.
• Assist in online sales fulfillment, packaging, and order processing.
• Leverage digital tools such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram to engage customers and drive virtual sales.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance, analyzing key trends.
• Provide insights on best-selling products and customer buying patterns.
• Work with the team to adjust strategies based on sales data and customer demand.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in sales (retail & online preferred), fashion, or textiles.
• Strong communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
• Ability to work with digital sales platforms, WhatsApp selling, and social media interactions.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for fashion retail.
• Prior experience in handling online orders, responding to inquiries, and closing sales virtually is a plus.

Compensation and Store details:

Timing- 10:30-8:00pm

Leave- Weekly off
