Azure Teams App Developer - PowerApps (3-4 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Azure Teams App Developer to design, develop, and deploy custom applications for Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure app development using the Microsoft Teams Toolkit, and expertise in creating solutions using Node.js, adaptive cards, tabs, and bots.

The role requires deep knowledge of integrating and deploying applications into Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain custom Microsoft Teams applications using the Teams Toolkit.

- Develop and integrate tabs, bots, and adaptive cards to enhance the functionality of Teams apps.

- Leverage Node.js for backend development and API integrations.

- Implement seamless workflows within Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).

- Ensure deployment of custom applications into Microsoft Teams and other environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly applications.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring applications meet high performance and security standards.

- Stay updated with emerging Microsoft 365 technologies and tools, and implement best practices in app development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in Azure-based application development.

- Proficiency in Node.js for server-side scripting and development.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Toolkit and building Teams applications.

- Expertise in developing tabs, bots, and adaptive cards for Teams.

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and their integrations with Teams.

- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD practices.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and app authentication (OAuth, Microsoft Graph).

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
