Archer GRC Consultant (Onsite Oppurtunity for USA)

We are seeking a highly experienced Archer (GRC) senior consultant with a strong background in migrating Archer GRC solutions from on-premises to the cloud. The ideal candidate should have successfully executed 3-4 migration projects, possess deep expertise in GRC automation, and have a thorough understanding of performance optimization challenges during migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Archer Migration & Implementation:

• Lead and execute end-to-end migration of Archer GRC solutions from On-Prem to Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Define and implement migration strategies, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Conduct pre-migration assessments, risk evaluations, and develop migration roadmaps.

2. Optimization & Performance Tuning:

• Identify and resolve performance issues related to data migration, integration, and system scalability.
• Optimize Archer workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations for cloud environments.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security in the new cloud-based GRC environment.

3. GRC Automation & Enhancements:

• Automate GRC processes using custom scripts, APIs, and advanced configurations.
• Implement AI/ML-based automation techniques to enhance compliance monitoring and risk assessments.
• Integrate Archer with third-party risk and compliance solutions.

4. Stakeholder Management & Advisory:

• Work closely with business leaders, risk managers, IT teams, and compliance officers to align GRC strategies with business objectives.
• Provide technical consultation on Archer configurations, workflows, and automation.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams.

5. Security & Compliance:

• Ensure Archer implementations align with regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Implement access control, data protection, and compliance monitoring best practices.
• Perform risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in Archer GRC implementation, migration, and automation.
• 3-4 successful migrations from On-Prem to Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Private Cloud).
• Strong expertise in GRC automation, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience in Archer API integrations, data mapping, and workflow enhancements.
• Experience in configuring Archer modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, etc.).
• Deep understanding of performance challenges in migration and strategies for optimization.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for Archer deployment.
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) for automation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Archer certifications (RSA Archer Certified Professional, RSA Archer Administrator, etc.).
• Experience with AI/ML for risk analysis and predictive compliance.
• Knowledge of other GRC platforms like ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, or OpenPages.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments for Archer in cloud environments.
