Role Description:
Manager - HR to join our team.
- This is a remote role with responsibilities focused on overseeing the company's HR management strategies, policies, and practices to align with organizational goals.
- The position entails managing employee relations, benefits, compliance, and personnel development while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with company goals.
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and welfare programs effectively.
- Handle personnel management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on HR best practices.
- Monitor and resolve HR-related issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) Management with 15-17 years of relevant expertise.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee benefits and personnel development programs.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
- A Master's degree or equivalent certification in HR will be an added advantage.
