Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high engagement rates.
  
• Develop targeted email campaigns using Google AdWords, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
  
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics to optimize future campaigns for better results.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Designers, Content Writers) to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continuously improve campaign strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on various platforms (Google AdWords, Meta Ads).
  
• Strong understanding of campaign management principles including lead nurturing through email sequences.
  
• Proficiency in creating effective subject lines and CTAs that drive conversions.
  
• Experience working with automation tools such as Mailchimp or similar platforms.
