Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for inside sales growth, focusing on B2B and B2C markets.
  
• Manage relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive educational sales initiatives using edutech platforms.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in EdTech or related fields (Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales).
  
• Proven track record of achieving revenue generation goals through team handling and leadership skills.
  
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales principles and ability to apply them effectively.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proficiency in English language required.
