Manager / Senior Manager - Accountants & Finance

Experience : Minimum 15 - 20 years.

Qualification: Qualification: MBA Finance / M. Com / B. Com with 15 to 20 years of experience in Project Accounting, preferably in Engineering Construction Company.

Should have headed the department for at least 5 years.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
• Overall supervision, setting process, segregation of duties etc. of the Accounts department with regard to day to day operations
• Auditing financial budget, assisting the senior leadership with drafting a financial plan and driving the overall business/financial goals.
• Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
• Overseeing monthly closing and managing monthly reporting & analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Liaising with internal and external Auditors.
• Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities
• Report risk issues to the Board of Directors.
