- Handled Production in mass production in small components in automatic machines.
- Have experience in Multi Component Automatic Assembly Machine
- Able to handle 30-40 People
- Knowledge in machines operation, function and maintenance.
- Automation of manual process and improvement on cycle time.
- Quick response on customer complaints , CAPA and Resolutions
- Responsible for People efficiency, rejections, productivity etc.
- Knowledge on Product Development / Re-engineering /Basic CAD
- MIS of daily/weekly/monthly reports as above
- MIS related to Productivitiy
- Meeting Delivery Schedule
- New Product development and Problem Solving and complaint Resolution
- People efficiency, Rejection , Capacity utilization,
- Product development/Improvement/Product engineering as per end Customer requirements
- Improvement in people efficiency ,Rejetion reduction and increase in capacity utilisation
Resolving issues wrt Machine and Customer Complaints
