CRM Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports by collecting and analyzing data from various sources
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth
• Manage and maintain CRM systems, including data accuracy and integrity
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards to track marketing KPIs
• Provide key insights based on data analysis to support marketing strategies and decisions
• Collaborate cross- functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to align marketing reports with business goals
• Assist in managing key accounts and supporting account level reporting needs
• Generate reports on marketing campaigns, sales, and market trends
• Contribute to the creation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM, sales, or marketing
• Experience with Data Analysis
• Proven experience with CRM software like ZOHO, ODOO, HUBSPOT
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines
