MEU Microsoft Operations Development Manager

A Microsoft Operations Development Manager is core to improving awareness and achieve financial growth specific to Microsoft programs funding. This person supports strategic goals, builds key relationships, identifies business opportunities, supports the operational requirements to enhance business deals and maximize all available options.

This role includes working the CP, BD, OMs MEU Internal teams as well as fostering an

extensive working relationship with key Microsoft members. It is intended the ODM will

maximize revenue.

Business Development Support

Continuous requirement to build knowledge on new Microsoft Programs Incentives
Maintain product/solutions expertise of market trends in aligned technologies, including detailed understanding of competition
Manage the rate cards and rate negotiation process working with BFC teams
Support new business opportunities and help build and qualify opportunity pipeline
Actively promote the Microsoft Programs across portfolio internally
Engage with appropriate teams to continue to maintain the existing ISD/ECIF rate cards and add any new requirements aligned to the business
Management of process for global rate card management
Provide specialist knowledge during any awareness sessions and discussions across Share Services teams
Ensure good collaboration communication with Microsoft team on all opportunities
Assist with sales documentation and methodology to enable the sales process and
information
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within MEU management system
Arrange and participate in internal and external briefings
Ownership and accountability for core partner Program Management criteria
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
Ensure all team members represent MEU in the best light
