Data Analytics & AI/ML :

- Experience in designing & implementing solution in mentioned areas:

- AI/ML, Data Analytics , Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform

- 8-10 years of experience in Data Analytics and AI/ ML

- Established expertise in Data engineering, AI/ML, Analytics - technical and solutioning capability.

- 5+ years of Leadership role experience in a technology service/product company in AI/ML and data analytics.

- Experienced in delivering 4-5 Medium to Big Enterprise Analytics products to market

- Prior Experience of working in Product manager capacity in AI/ML and data analytics area.

- Experience of converting business problems into analytics solutions and bringing new sales opportunities.

- Lead and develop a team of data analysts, data engineers and Machine Learning engineers and researchers to develop analytical solutions

- Solid experience in developing and building AI/ ML models for different industry verticals (Finance/ Insurance/Automobile/ Telecom etc)

- Prior experience of Software development and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS, Data Studio, Looker)

- Expert knowledge in multiple Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) of which GCP is must.

- Problem Solving aptitude and focus on Standardization.

- Experience Engaging with prospects/clients/sales to develop and convert new business opportunities.

- Capability development of technical experts within and outside the Practice.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a cross-functional setting, while inspiring the same in the team.

- Conceive, create, and deliver value propositions and solutions for taking to market.

- Excellent written and communication skills, as the candidate is meant to interact with multiple departments aiding them in the proper application and effectiveness of data analysis.

Certifications :

- Google Professional Data Engineer or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
