Job Summary
We are looking for an Inbound Logistics Executive who supports SC function within the region with data and logistics KPI analysis and project roll out. You will also provide overview on business update and highlight key areas for attention and improvement.
What you will do
As an Inbound Logistics Executive, you will:
Execute transport planning and booking together with Logistics Service Providers/Carriers, provide proper documentation for customs clearance and follow up national and import shipments securing factories supply and resolving exceptions and operational issues.
Execute optimized transport planning and booking together with Forwarders/Carriers and manage inbound shipments according to the schedule agreed with factories.
Provide and manage documentation under Inbound transportation responsibility (e.g., import declaration, customs documentation, others).
Collaborate with planning hub and factories monitoring orders and communicating deviations taking pro-active actions.
Ensure track and trace execution within expected service level, by monitoring visibility accuracy, information consistency and solving issues with involved parties.
Solve issues and exceptions that might arise with transportation managed by Tetra Pak at warehouse, port, airport, customs, and transportation company.
Perform freight audits and open dispute with suppliers when rates different from booking/contract.
Investigate operational failures and propose countermeasures. Drive OMS and lead WCM teams and improvement activities.
Maintain process documentation, prepare and deliver trainings.
What you will support
Cost improvement initiatives
Support local implementation of global/cluster logistics improvement processes
Support Logistics cost target setting (during TG process) and follow up during the whole year
KPI reports prepare monthly reports, coordinate among CFs in case of improvement ideas, find and eliminate cost booking anomalies (freight, WH cost bookings)
Loss deployments coordinate within the cluster., support CFs with regular follow up

English fluency in written and verbal WCM/ Lean knowledge general
