Job Opportunity with Tetra Pak - Analyst II - CAD Support Role

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Paks Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking for an experienced CAD Support team member who will be handling tickets in Service Now and Tasks in Jira Backlog.

Job Location: Pune, Chakan

Hybrid Model: Should be willing to come to office 3 days in a week

Office Timing: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Transportation: A/C Buses provided by the Company

• Are you ok with role of the CAD Product team, handling tickets in Service Now and tasks in Jira backlog?
• Experience of PTC tools and system related to CAD Data management (Windchill PDMLink and Creo Parametric)?
• Support experience, strong analytical skills for problem solving (investigating user issues).
• Experience translating / communicating technical information between technical and non-technical people.
• Understanding and interest in technical details (due to those related applications are developed in-house)
