Required Functional Skill:

• 4+ years of experience in java and familiarity in Spring boot, JPA.
• Extensive Hands-on experience in JAVA Java SE.
• Well versed with Object Oriented Programming Concepts.
• Prior experience on JAVA Spring / Spring boot framework.
• Familiarity with java application servers JBoss, WebLogic.
• Have in-depth knowledge and self-driven interest to work with JAVA Servlets.
• Experience in deploying solutions for cross integrations among OEMs in CC or UC environment is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be part of our Global Delivery center team liaising with Product Strategist and Product Owner to enhance Tetherfis Products based on Web chat, CC & UC Product Streams.
• Will develop, enhance and support Tetherfis existing projects and future projects. Required Professional & Interpersonal Qualities:
• Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Experienced with all ancillary technologies necessary for Internet applications: HTTP, TCP/IP, POP/SMTP, etc.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Very Good technical & communication skills to be exhibited in all the roles to be performed.
• Candidates are expected to be creative and innovative in providing complex enterprise integration solutions to large financial institutions across the Globe.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive always.
• Hands-on experience in revamping any existing software into new business effective and user-friendly applications by solving complex technical problems / known issues with new systems.
• Must have functional experience in designing applications to develop integrated solutions for voice & multi-media related applications.
• Ability to think outside the box as needed, with an instinct to innovate.
