Java Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance applications. As a Java Developer, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions in Java, ensuring that the applications meet performance, security, and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather software requirements and provide solutions.
• Contribute to designing and implementing scalable and efficient backend systems.
• Ensure the quality of the codebase through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth operation of the software.
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and development best practices.
• Participate in database design and optimization, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Work with front-end developers to integrate with Java-based APIs and services.
• Contribute to the performance tuning and optimization of Java applications.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience in building and deploying Java-based web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of backend development with Java, including performance tuning and multithreading.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot is desirable.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Exposure to modern CI/CD practices and version control (e.g., Git).
• Good understanding of testing frameworks and unit testing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end development frameworks (e.g., React.js) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
