Performance Test Engineer

Test Perform is seeking a Performance Test Specialist.

You will have the desire to take on a hands-on role and have a real interest in team development.

Ideally, you will also have some experience within a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment and have an interest in best practice performance testing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Technical Performance Tester with 5+ years experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills

• Load testing, performance testing, stress testing utilising the Micro Focus LoadRunner suite (Professional / Cloud / Enterprise) and open source tools

• Ability to explain the value and processes of performance testing to projects

• Provide well written documentation and the provision of performance test plans and test summary reports to stakeholders

• Ability to provide expert performance testing advice, guidance, offer suggestions, etc. and be seen as a performance testing subject matter expert within the team

Bonus Experience:

• Experience with application and database performance tuning / engineering

• Knowledge of performance testing with CI/CD

• Performance testing experience with cloud infrastructure
