Work Experience Automation Testing: 2-3 Yrs

Work Experience – Manual Testing: 3-4 Yrs

Insurance Domain Knowledge is must

1. Insurance Products: Familiarity with insurance products, including life
2. Insurance Processes: Understanding of insurance processes, including policy administration, claims processing

Requirements: Technical Skills

1. Automation Tools: Experienced in automation testing tools like Selenium or Appium, or TestComplete.
2. Defect Tracking Tools: Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA
3. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban.

General Responsibilities

1. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders.
2. Communication: Communicate testing results, defects, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
3. Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
4. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to improve overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Manual Testing

1. Case Development: Create test cases and test scripts for manual testing.
2. Test Execution: Execute manual tests, report defects, and re-test fixes.
3. Test Data Management: Manage test data, including creating test data, updating existing data, and ensuring data integrity.
4. Defect Reporting: Identify, report, and track defects using defect tracking tools like JIRA
