• Design marketing creatives like Marketing Promotion Creatives, Facebook Ads, Emailers, Web banners, posters, PPTs & infographics.
• Supervise junior designers, provide feedback, and ensure quality output.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver innovative designs on time.
• Develop scalable templates and maintain brand consistency across projects.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and AI-based innovations for workflow improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, (mandatory).
Experience: 4-6 years in Graphic Design, preferably in marketing.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with tools like Canva Pro, and AI-driven design tools is a plus: strong design sense, attention to detail, and time management.
