Test Engineering

What we are looking for:

• Possess a solid understanding of Surface Mount Technology (SMT), automated assembly lines, inspection and precision assembly testing processes.
• Demonstrate expertise in operating and maintaining Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Functional Circuit Test (FCT), In-Circuit Test (ICT), and other testing equipment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs and visual aids.
• Ensure test equipment uptime using preventive approach and develop an effective spares management process.

Repair/ Debug/ Failure Analysis/ Diagnostic of PCB Assemblies

What we are looking for:

• Conduct in-depth failure analysis of PCBA components.
• Identify root cause of failures and generate comprehensive failure analysis reports.
• Drive product yield improvement initiatives and implement strategies to reduce scrap.
• Interpret complex electrical schematics for troubleshooting and analysis.
• Prepare and manage PFMEA, 4M Analysis, and other quality documentation.
• Utilize 7QC tools, DMAIC, and 8D methodologies for failure analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma, Bachelors (BE/B.Tech) degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant Industry experience.
• Proven track record in a junior, engineer, or senior engineer role.
• Strong preference for candidate with experience in the electronic manufacturing sector.
