Wfh is the only aspect and micro management is not there.otherwise okish work culture with good teammates if you are lucky enough to get it.Appraisals are complex sudoku jumbles.salary hike is a dream, what is bonus?

Layoffs during covid19 and salary cuts ,higher management leaving in bulk or laidoff,. resources on bench increasing day by day.overall strategy and future prospects are gloom n doom with 0 expectations
