Position: Territory Sales Manager - Carbon & Biological business

Reporting To: RBM/ ZBM - 1 GI Region (Haryana)
Job Description:

- We are currently looking for passionate, and can-do attitude sales talent who have a proven track record in sales & business development.
- In this role, you will be responsible for sales of Biological products and enrollment of farmers in the Carbon program.
- You will be driving sustainable agriculture in real life!
Main Responsibilities:
Biological Products:
1. Generate demand for Biological products through field demos, influencer farmers, and village-level farmers' meetings
2. Identify the right fit distributors and retailers and establish distribution channel of Biologicals products
3. Do business planning, achieve annual sales targets, and collect receivables in the given territory
4. Train Kisan advisors on field demos, farmer meetings, focus products, etc.
Carbon Business:
5. Create awareness, and educate progressive farmers on adopting sustainable agriculture practices such as DSR, Zero Tillage & Crop residue management
6. Train Kisan advisors & farmers on the carbon farming program and enroll the farmers in the carbon farming program
7. Drive synergy in Biologicals & Carbon businesses by targeting and cross-selling to progressive farmers
8. Understand farmers' need, position the right product & practices to meet their needs
A Must Have:
- A firm belief in sustainable agriculture.
- Sales talent with a proven track record.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales of biologicals, agrochemicals, or seeds.
- Quick learning & problem-solving attitude.
- MBA (Marketing/ ABM) will be Preffered.
- Experience in carbon farming or sustainable agriculture will be an added advantage.
