Territory Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, expand product offerings, and improve operational efficiency within the assigned territory.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical support, marketing) to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to understand customer requirements and preferences, ensuring timely delivery of products/services while maintaining high levels of quality control.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in diagnostic sales or related field (pathology/microbiology).
  
• Bachelor's degree in relevant specialization (e.g., B.Sc.).
  
• Strong understanding of diagnostics industry dynamics; knowledge of microbiological techniques preferred.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers; ability to work independently.
