Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Territory Debt Recovery Manager with expertise in managing recovery cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing debt recovery strategies for delinquent accounts while ensuring minimal losses. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in managing difficult and aged collections portfolios.

• Oversee the debt recovery process within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize loss and recover dues from overdue accounts.
• Manage a team of field collection agents, ensuring efficient execution of recovery processes.
• Analyze portfolio performance, track progress, and optimize recovery plans.
• Handle escalated recovery cases and take necessary legal actions when required.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to debt recovery.
• Liaise with external agencies, legal teams, and law enforcement to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to recovery performance, collections efficiency, and bad debt management.
• Conduct regular reviews of high-risk cases, assessing recovery potential and recommending action plans.
