Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with new leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for TerraTern's range of immigration and work abroad services. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with expert advice, nurturing leads, and converting them into clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls and email campaigns
Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and addressing their concerns effectively.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective tracking of all interactions
Consultation & Advice: Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their requirements and present TerraTern's services, focusing on immigration, work visas, and programs.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent performance and proactive client engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. Provide feedback and insights based on client interactions to improve the service offerings.
Market Research: Stay updated on immigration trends, visa regulations, and TerraTern's product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
What You'll Need:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the education or immigration consulting industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Self-Motivation: A self-driven and goal-oriented individual with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
