Role overview:

As an FP&A Manager, you will lead financial planning, business modelling, and revenue acceleration initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and financial efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience, preferably within fintech, payments, or financial services.

How you will create impact:

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and profitability assessment.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership.
2. Revenue Acceleration & Business Partnering:
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and CSM teams to support new revenue inflows and business expansion initiatives.
• Provide financial insights to optimize pricing strategies, unit economics, and profitability.
3. Business Modelling & Scenario Analysis:
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Perform what-if analysis to assess risks, market shifts, and investment decisions.
4. Data Interpretation & Decision Support:
• Gather and interpret financial data, identifying trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
• Provide cost-benefit analysis and strategic insights for business decision-making.
5. Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Drive the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor budget performance, highlight variances, and recommend corrective actions.
6. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. 
7. Process Optimization & Automation:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance FP&A efficiency.
• Leverage FP&A tools (Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems) to improve financial reporting.

Essential qualifications:

• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent finance background.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Strategy.
• Prior experience in fintech, IMT, payments, or financial services is preferred.
• Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, FP&A tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication & executive presentation skills.
