Housekeeping Attendants play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and overall aesthetic appeal of establishments such as hotels, hospitals, and residential buildings.

Their primary responsibilities include managing regular cleaning routines and responding to emergency clean-ups, with duties including:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other guest room amenities
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with toiletries
• Handle laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens
• Inspect rooms and other areas for cleanliness and identify potential safety or maintenance issues
• Respond to guest requests and queries promptly and professionally
• Dispose of waste in a proper and sanitary manner
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or damages
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and regulations
