Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the hotel, and assist with luggage.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.
  
• Ensure a smooth check-in process for guests, handling any issues or concerns they may have.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby areas, including front desk, waiting areas, and corridors.
  
• Perform steward activities such as serving food and beverages in restaurants or providing room service.
