Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Reporting:
   
• Finalize accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
2. Statutory Compliance:
   
• Manage accurate and timely filing of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS, and Income Tax returns.
• Monitor compliance with statutory deadlines for PAN-India operations
3. Risk Management:
   
• Administer Bank Guarantees, ensuring documentation and timely renewals.
• Oversee CAR and WC insurance policies to safeguard against project risks.
4. Banking & Working Capital:
   
• Manage working capital requirements and coordinate with banks for loans and credit facilities.
5. Internal Controls:
   
• Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure accuracy in financial processes.
• Regularly reconcile accounts and oversee vendor payments

1. Billing to Clients:

• Preparing monthly bills for clients

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Com or Finance. CA/MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 7-10 years in accounting roles
• Software Proficiency: Tally ERP, or similar accounting tools.
• Statutory Knowledge: Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and multi-state compliance.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and team management abilities.
