Junior Billing & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage site billing, including measurements and quantity surveying.
• Handle client billing and ensure the accuracy of invoices.
• Perform basic accounting tasks, including maintaining ledgers, journals, and records.
• Liaise with site managers to verify quantities and measurements for billing purposes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Visit sites within the Delhi NCR region when required.
• Collaborate with the accounting team for timely updates and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• A regular Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent degree (No open learning, part-time, or correspondence courses).
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal).
• Must have a valid driving license and the ability to drive to various sites in the Delhi NCR region.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
