Associate Fellow ( Renewable Energy )

Job Profile

To lead and contribute to renewable energy projects, focusing on resource potential assessment, capacity building, impact evaluations, and performance assessments. The role involves designing methodologies, analyzing renewable energy resources, conducting stakeholder training, and preparing reports to support policy development and project implementation. The person will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to drive impactful and sustainable renewable energy initiatives.

Experience

3 - 5 Years

Qualification

Basic: Bachelor-s degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering- or related fields.

Preferred: Master-s degree in Renewable Energy- Power Systems- or a related discipline.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies- including solar- wind- and hybrid systems.
- Proficiency in renewable energy modelling and assessment tools such as PVsyst- HOMER- WindPro- and GIS tools.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
- Expertise in data analysis- report writing- and impact evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
