-Coordinate with Mission Innovation Secretariat (MISC) and partner countries to harmonize activities. -Organize stakeholder meetings/workshops (virtual, physical, hybrid) to promote MI activities in India. -Oversee and manage India-s clean energy program landscape. -Arrange logistics for MI Senior Officials and Ministerial meetings (travel, accommodation, venues). -Provide administrative support for gathering information, surveys, media reports, etc. -Prepare and print periodic newsletters and progress reports for MI India. -Handle event communications, branding, pre-read materials, website, media relations, and press conferences. -Manage social media promotion and publicity for MI events; create promotional videos. -Develop MI Ministerial content in consultation with relevant departments. -Support MI research report coordination, analysis, and distribution. -Foster collaboration among partner countries; provide regular updates to the MI Secretariat. -Synchronize MI activities with G20 events. -Coordinate with event management agencies for seamless execution. -Report to Head (CEST), Division DST, and take direction from Associate Head and assigned Scientists. -Manage MI India unit staff and executives. -Handle any other MI-related tasks as needed.
(i) Doctoral Degree in Science or Master-s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent- and (ii) 7-year experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and Services

Good communication (writing and speaking)- analytical and organizing skills along with an interest in the research and technology areas. The interested/shortlisted candidates should be open for traveling on need basis
