Oracle Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant (6-12 yrs)

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills

- Need to a be self-starter with a go getter attitude

- Need to work independently with minimal supervision

- Participate in the daily Scrum meetings, define user stories, negotiate workflow & develop roadmap.

- Will be involved in ERP Practice building, implementations and support functions of Oracle Order Management Cloud activities.

- Develops strategies for business-critical solutions, identifies business value & mitigates risk

- Bridge the gap between develop and design with focus on the user experience.

- Provides technical and functional subject matter expertise.

Required Skill :

- Candidate should have a minimum of 6 ~ 12 years of relevant experience of working in Oracle EBS r12 Order Management Products Namely Order Management, Purchasing, Pricing, Shipping, and Global Order Promising

- It is mandatory to have a minimum of 3 ~ 4 years of relevant experience on Oracle Fusion SCM specially in Order Management.

- Should have at least 3-4 end to end implementation experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud working through requirement analysis to go-live

- Should have knowledge of Record to Report business process specific to at least one industry (example - Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech)

- Should have a good understanding of the Oracle EBS r12 and Oracle Fusion architecture.

- Should have a knowledge of common Order Management integration touchpoints in implementation scenarios.

- Should be familiar with all Oracle Order Management Cloud modules and functionalities.

- Should be well versed in creating configuration documents, test scripts and user training documents

- Should have experience in data migration, deployment and cut-over activities

- Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues

- Knowledge on other Oracle Order Management Cloud Products will be an added advantage

- Should be flexible to work over-lapping with US time zones based on need.

- Must have technical expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, AOL, XML, D2K, OAF, Workflow.
